Finally Finding Forgiveness
This love story is filled with ups and downs unlike any of the ones you've read so far in the Finally Finding Series. For the most part, April Edwards loved the life she convinced herself she had, but the one time connection between her and her husband was definitely-off. The love she knew had been there felt more and more as if it was dying- or simply being kept alive on life support. Dr. Michael Edwards is a man who's all in when it comes to his career, sports and providing for his family, but when it comes to his actual home life, he's faced with a hard lesson that shows him that his marriage is barely hanging on by a thread. What once came easy to the married couple somehow morphed into something undesirable at best. The love that helped build the walls of their home became nothing more than a facade. All the years of taking things for granted brought them face to face with a mountain they weren't prepared to climb.. Misguided priorities, acts of kindness getting taken for granted set the motion feelings of resentment, and it wasn't long after that demons from the past tried to blow apart their already fractured union. Will the two figure out what it takes to repair the hurts of too many difficult yesterdays, or will they cut their losses and figure out a way to be the best co-parents for their son? *** This story breaks down some difficult and often ignored topics in hopes of reaching people who may feel unseen in their own struggles. By bringing issues that aren't easy to talk about to life (so to speak), the author tries to offer people a bit of hope, and a reminder that not all bad situations have to lead to an end. Cindy's willingness to shine light into very dark places, serves as a reminder that if you are committed to working on things and showing up for one another, wounds can be healed, and love can once again bloom.
